How flexible are your lease terms?
Our leases typically range from 12 to 24 months, with flexibility built in to support your growth. We’ll work with you to create terms that align with your business needs.
Do I have access to meeting rooms?
Yes, you will have full access to our meeting rooms. These can be included as part of your lease, billed separately, or we can create a private meeting space within your office if the size allows, so your team has everything it needs right at hand.
Are utilities and maintenance included?
Yes, everything is fully taken care of. From utilities and pantry stock to cleaning and maintenance, your office is completely serviced so you can focus on what matters most.
Is there a reception service?
Yes, our reception team is here to welcome your guests, manage packages on your behalf, and keep you updated through our client communication channels.
